As for safety, Newtown has been through a long period of curfew order about 5 years and perhaps citizen’s recognition of law and quality have developed a lot. It resulting a drop of crime ratings. After that insurance company hospital and social rescue organization are surrounded so once you are injured or hurt you would get a fast therapy. In the end there is nothing to worry about though it seems no police station nearby.
Apart from these, it also could be a choice for international students who are looking for a relief at night after burdening enormous study pressure in the daytime. The bar could be a wonderful place to go. Because someone there is going to open up your mind and make an acquaintance with you. That could be joyful and entertaining experience.
Last but not least there are also some cons living in this place.Noisy, dirty surroundings, even broken decorations could be distractions that are likely to affect their learning situation so that it is hard to focus on their projects.
